Refund / Exchange of Purchase

By purchasing a product from our online store you have agreed to accept our website policy.


Although the team of top-replica.com is doing their best to make customers satisfied with their products and services, sometimes it happens that the purchased product might not suit your expectations.   If you are dissatisfied with the product you have bought from us, either the full price of your order will be refunded or the purchased product will be replaced within a period of one month after the shipment has been delivered to your location.

 

Important Notice

If you wish the purchased item to be exchanged after the delivery, we might not be ready to replace your watch right away. Delays can occur if the required model of watch is temporarily out of stock. In such a case, we will inform you about the status of your exchange within approximately a week (five to eight days) after having received your request to replace the purchase.

 

Alternatively, you can select another, similarly-priced type of watch for exchange, or you can request a 100 percent monetary refund for your purchase.

 

Please, be informed that the team of top-replica.com will consider all your requests within the shortest possible term.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

 

Every piece of watch at our Internet store has a 60 day warranty from the manufacturer. If the watch you have purchased from us does not operate properly, please, let us know about the malfunction / defect. In such a case, we would expect from you an email message clearly indicating your order number, detailed description of the item’s malfunction / defect, and the type of compensation you would like to receive – either a replacement of the product or a product’s repair in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. We will consider your request and write back to you within a period of 24 hours. Our return email will indicate the address at which you should send the defected piece of watch so that we can either replace it or have it repaired.

 

If the product has manufacturer’s defects but cannot be repaired, we are obliged to replace it with a new item within a period of two weeks after the receipt of the defected watch.

 

Additional Notes:

  • Please, be informed that the item you wish to return or replace should arrive to us in its original condition. 
  • We agree to replace / repair the purchased watch only if there is a proof that the product has arrived to your location in a damaged or inoperative condition due to manufacturing defects, or if you have received an incorrect item.
  • If your request for compensation / exchange has been claimed 30, or more, days after you have received the shipment, we will not be able to meet your request.
  • The item should be returned to us with all attached labels, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying documentation. We will not be able to satisfy your request for refund / exchange if any of the original tags or documentation has been lost.
  • Under the manufacturer’s warranty, we are obliged to exchange or repair the purchased product only if it has defects that occurred during the manufacturing process. Any cases that involve defects / damage incurred upon the watch in the process of its wearing will not be considered. To secure your purchase from damage, keep it away from water or other sources of moisture and make sure the crown of the watch is hermetically screwed up. The product will not be refunded, replaced, or repaired if the damage to the watch has been caused by penetrating water, or other sources of moisture
  • In some cases, damage to the watch can be incurred by incorrect handling, such as dropping or pulling the stem too hard. We advise you to treat your Swiss replica watch with care it deserves, so that you can enjoy its top quality and superb design for a long time. Please, note that we are not responsible for any damage to your purchased watch caused by incorrect or careless handling.
  • Our website team cannot provide an exchange of the purchase if it has been detained or confiscated by the Customs authorities of your country.
  • If the defected item cannot be repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty, we are committed to replace the purchase by the same model of watch. If the same model is temporarily out of stock, we will offer you to select a similarly-priced product from our online store for exchange. However, most manufacturing defects can be easily repaired.
  • Our Internet store does not carry responsibility for any damage incurred upon the product during its shipping.
  • In case the purchased product has not been delivered to your address within eight weeks from the date of shipment, it should be regarded as lost. If this occurs, our online store is obliged to send you a replacement within a term of 30 days.

Please, also note that, if you have purchased a product from our store at a discount price and wish its price to be refunded, or a new item to be sent to you due to damage or malfunction of the original purchase, we will not be able to do so if the time of the promotional offer has expired. However, if the promotional offer is still valid, we will be pleased to satisfy your request.
